At Jenny Flowers International, we strive to ensure the punctual delivery of our online flower orders. While we consistently meet delivery expectations, there may be rare instances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or delivery to remote locations, that could cause delays.
Once an order is prepared for delivery, redirecting it to a different address is not feasible. Although we make every effort to avoid substitutions, there may be occasional instances where it becomes necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability issues.
Please be aware that, in certain cases, substitutions may occur without prior notification. This decision is made with careful consideration for timely delivery, recognizing that a significant number of our orders are intended for special occasions, serving as heartfelt gifts.
Flower Bouquet Care Instructions:
