Description -
Habit: Slow-growing, with sparsely branched stems and flash-shaped trunk. Leaves: Evergreen, to 1m (3ft) long, linear, recurved. Persisting after turning brown. Native Habitat: Arid areas of S.E.Mexico. Cultivation: Best grown as a house plant in cooler climates. Tolerates dought. Grow in sharply drained soil or compost. Propagation: By seed or suckers in spring or by stem-tip cuttings in summer. Other Names: Nolina recurvata, N.tuberculata.
